Lucas founded TBOSC after building and operating his own home health agency from the ground up — navigating licensure, Medicare certification, staffing, billing, and survey readiness without the benefit of experienced guidance. That firsthand struggle became TBOSC's founding purpose.
With over 15 years in home-based care, Lucas has personally overseen the launch of hundreds of agencies across service lines and has testified before state regulatory bodies on licensing reform. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and a contributing author to national home care publications.
Marcus brings over a decade of hands-on senior care operations to the TBOSC team. His career spans executive-level leadership across assisted living and memory care communities in the Denver metro area, including roles as Executive Director and Assisted Living Director. He built his foundation through admissions leadership and social work at skilled nursing and long-term care facilities.
That depth of direct facility experience — across social work, admissions, clinical leadership, and executive operations — gives Marcus a ground-level perspective on what agency owners and care teams actually face. He channels that into ensuring every TBOSC client engagement runs smoothly from first call to final deliverable.
Leads TBOSC's growth strategy, partnership development, and new client engagement. With a background in healthcare sales and a deep understanding of what agency owners face when starting out, they serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients — matching the right services to the right stage of growth.
Our Lead Consultant manages the day-to-day execution of licensing and certification engagements across multiple states simultaneously. With licensure experience in all 50 states and a background in state health department relations, they are the operational engine behind TBOSC's fastest turnaround guarantees.
A former clinical administrator and certified compliance officer, our Lead Policy Writer is responsible for TBOSC's entire library of state-specific policy and procedure manuals. They oversee the continuous update process that keeps all client documentation current with evolving regulations across all 50 states.
