How to Write a Kick-Ass Plan of Correction consists of 2 video modules, entitled: From Deficiency to Approved POC! and Home Care POC Examples. Each module contains valuable, real-world experience content learned from years of training home care offices as a home care corporate consultant, as well as an Agency Manager receiving hundreds of monthly client inquiries.
In Module 1: From Deficiency to Approved POC!, in this module we look at the process for putting together a plan of correction by following CDPHE guidelines after a home care agency receives a deficiency from a recertification or complaint survey. Next, we take a step-by-step approach to each of the 5 components of a successful plan of correction. Then, we look at what happens after the POC is completed and submitted to CDPHE for getting it approved and on the road back to being put back in compliance.
